T-Mobile took the #1 spot for customer care.Last time we covered T-Mobile Customer Service, they got bested by Verizon and Alltel. While they ended up with the number 3 spot, they still got 4 out of 5 power circles according to the 2008 Wireless Customer Care Performance Study by J.D. Power & Associates.
That’s nothing to laugh at as they were rated as ‘better than most’. Then again, when your competition is Sprint…I dunno…
This time was different.
T-Mobile took the #1 spot with 5 out of 5 power circles for the best customer service. While Verizon followed a close second, T-Mobile is noted for having an excellent first call resolution rate (i.e. they fix your problems the first time you call).
