AT&T Customer Service Review (2009)
AT&T Customer Service fell from above the industry standard to below in the latest J.D. Power & Associates Customer Care Study. In the last AT&T customer service review we did, AT&T fell at just about the industry average (according to J.D. Power & Associates). This wasn't exactly anything to phone home about.
With Sprint's reputation in the pits at the time and T-Mobile taking the crown as usual, it was only natural that AT&T fell somewhere in the middle. At the time, they got 3 out of 5 'power circles'.
Unfortunately, it's gotten worse. Since then, not only have they fallen below the industry average but they are now ranked as having 2 out of 5 'power circles'. Let's hope if you decide to go with them you don't have to call too often...but then again, with all the 3G outages we mentioned, you may be doing just that.

If customer service is your make or break issue, you might end up looking somewhere else.
Final Thoughts
If you'd like to get AT&T, here's where you can get some good deals on AT&T AirCards. We only recommend the best. Also, as I explain in my ethical bribe, it helps the site pay our costs so we can keep providing great content for you.
