2011 Mobile Broadband Rental Review
Pros ( + ):
- WiFiRents, like other mobile broadband rental companies, has no hassle. You rent the device, it’s shipped out to you with a prepaid return envelope, you use it and you’re on your way.
Cons ( – ):
- WiFiRents can be more expensive when compared to other mobile broadband rental companies.
- While other companies have continued to expand their selection of broadband cards and mobile hotspots, there hasn’t been any major improvement since the 2010 WiFiRents Review.
- No 4G devices
- There is a 5 GB cap on all products.
Bottom-Line:
WiFiRents is a solid company. However, to keep up with the competition they’ll either need to lower their prices or provide 4G products from Sprint or Verizon.
Like I recommend for every company, see how WiFiRents compares against the competition on speed, coverage, devices and prices. Pick the company that has the best combination of what’s most important to you.
Otherwise, you can pick up a device from WiFiRents.com here.
