1. Details
Honda CivicThe Kyocera KPC680 is the Honda Civic of aircards. It’s cheap, reliable and gets the job done while still looking decent just about anywhere. On top of all that, its also like Optimus Prime of the Transformers.

Here’s why.

Most aircards are either a PC Card, ExpressCard or USB card. The KPC680 is all three. Its original form is an ExpressCard. However, what the smart folks at Kyocera did was to ship adapters for PC Card slots and USB slots with the KPC680. Ultimate convenience. If you get this card, you don’t even have to check for compatibility. If you computer turns on, it’ll work with it. Yes, that means Mac owners too.

Another thing it’s got going for it is EVDO Rev. A speed. Speeds can run up to 3.1 Mbps for DSL-like speeds. It’s hard to go wrong here.
At the time of this review, the retail value was $349. However, you can make $50 by getting it here.
