Since T-Mobile was a late entrant into the 3G battles, it’s only natural to check and see if they have gotten their network ready for real road warriors. Before we get to the answer, let’s look at a few basic facts.
Its unknown what Slingshot 3G coverage is like because we don’t know who owns the network they purchase bandwidth from.
Slingshot has an ‘unlimited broadband plan’. However, they state it’s only up to 5 GB. Yup…does not compute.
T-Mobile 3G speeds currently max out at 1 Mbps. However, T-Mobile plans to up that to 3 Mbps this year. That’d be faster than AT&T ‘the fastest 3G network’.
